back to 135.6 !!!!
i will continue until i reach my goal of 130 for this round. it has been much slower than the first round but it is really worth it. after this i will continue to do exercise to build muscle and tone. i have until June to have an ok body before we go on vacation.
i do feel good energy wise and i did notice the higher the protein intake the more i loose at least for this diet. i normally have to have a 40 p,40 c and 20 f ratio. i am still fasting and will continue fasting i feel just so much better after i started fasting.

i cheated a couple days ago pretty bad and gained 3 lbs but feel it was mostly water just because my ring feels tight on my ring finger. I was thinking about stopping the diet today if i keepet seeing an increase but to my surprise i was down a lbs. yes i realize it was water but im ok with it. i will continue for another week and not cheat. i will let you guys know how it works out.
we are on a really tight budget and have to eat whatever is available at home so the most logical thing would be to continue on the diet so that food can last a little longer.
For anyone questioning what diet i'm doing it is HCG drops.
