i have fallen off the band wagon, I have little to no energy most times, I take 2 b-12's a day, today i have taken 4 just to find out if they would work. I am 201lbs omg, and cant stand it, i have started back walking and know i need to do more than walk, only if i can get energy. im eating pretty good but just cant get this weight down. I still have in my mind to continue eating right and try get under 200lbs.

Just keep taking little steps to stay on the right track. Don't stress if you eat something bad just get back on your plan. I lost over 30 pounds using Fat Secret. It made me very accountable. Something I really like instead of sausage for breakfast is the Morningstar Farms Maple flavor sausage. Great flavor. I also use Eggbeaters. Check out Hungry Girl for great recipes. Get on the email list. I eat the Egg Mugs all the time for breakfast. Usually the one with all the cheeses. If you haven't tried Laughing Cow cheese check it out. Walking sounds good but as a Zumba instructor I recommend finding a Zumba class near you. You might even try Zumba Gold which is a lower impact form of Zumba. Just go to Zumba.com and choose Find a Class. You can visit my website at maryanncarney.zumba.com. If you can't find a Gold class just go to a regular class and take it easy until you build up your stamina.

I agree with Zumbamac, take little steps. What made you fall off the bandwagon? Make sure it doesn't happen again! It stinks that your energy levels are low, but next time you are out walking try jogging for just 30 seconds. Then keep pushing yourself. You can do it Charonda3!
