The Blue Box's Journal, 21 Nov 13

I normally eat lunch at noon and have a snack at 4:00pm, but I've been getting hungry at 3:00pm and eating my snack early.

So today I decided to wait to eat until 1:00pm, thinking that it would help curb my hunger until later. Nope. Still hungry at 3:00pm. Grrr... Maybe I need a more filling lunch?

In my defense, that happened after lunch! :P When it comes to snacking I am really disciplined at work but when I get home, woo boy, better watch out!
