Had truck towed (altenator). went for a longer walk today with Dan. he wants to lose about 30 lbs but if you saw him u wouldnt think it. he is very thin but apparantly gained about 20 lbs while in vegas. resting before work!

Have a cold! Just started with it yesterday while at work. but gonna keep with the dayquil and keep on going!

tonight is the night that a customer of ours usually brings us a plain double cheeseburger from mcd's so i plan for it and eat it without the bun. It is very good! I always bring a pb on whole wheat bagel thin in case he doesnt show. sometimes i would much rather have the pb!

dan and i had a long talk about our diets and getting in shape for health reasons. when we were together he was always encouraging me to lose weight and get healthy so i would be there for our son. It is nice to walk with him because he is a good cheerleader for me. Plus he likes to push the walks and i end up doing more than i think i would normally.

tomorrow i am off and am looking forward to seeing my sister and just chillin.....after my exercise of course!

Well done for planning around the cheeseburger. I hope your cold is better, everyone seems to have it at the moment. Enjoy your day off, I'm off too, will definitely do some exercise.
