The Blue Box's Journal, 02 Mar 12

Well it looks like this site is helping already! Last night I was going to get my routine ice cream dessert and I saw how many girl scout cookies I ate, how quickly the calories pilled up, and I felt waaaaaay too guilty to eat my ice cream. Hooray for a guilty conscience?

In an effort to get myself pumped for working out and having the results I want I decided to buy Optimum Nutrition Opti-Women Multivitamin, because the reviews on Amazon were very complementary towards the product. And whenever I restrict my diet/watch what I eat I'm always afraid that I'm not getting all the vitamins and minerals I normally would. Like, I was going to buy a sweet potato to mash up into a side dish, but I figured, hey, why not cut all the calories out by just not eating it and eating some steamed spinach instead?

I think I might need to take the Spring Valley Glucosamine Chondroitin Supplement again, because my left knee started to randomly hurt this morning. Nothing caused it. I mean nothing I can think of. It didn't hurt while working out. Maybe I should stop sitting Indian Style at the dinner table and sitting on my feet when I'm on the couch... Oh well, maybe taking the Opti-Women Multivitamin will be enough, although it didn't list glucosamine or chondroitin on their ingredients.

Only time will tell I guess!
