yesterday i only had one meal with mostly protein. i didn't have multivitamins but did have magnesium and iodine at night. it helps me wake up so much more rested. i love it.

i am trying something different on my coffee today ( a tablespoon of greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil. it tastes so yummy.

a couple days i tried coffee with my whey and did not work, i guess it was because it has no flavor or sweetener.

i did a lot of work yesterday and took guarana which is amazing.

ill be resting a little today and will continue tomorrow. im very close to my goal weight so im hopping to get there next week, by the time im done with the diet.


whomever is reading this try magnesium and iodine at night with two brazil nuts and you will be amazed of what happens within a month.
