If I want to maintain my current weight, I have got to stay vigilant with counting calories and working out.

I really need to start by staying under or at least near my RDI. Maybe I need to increase it by another 50 calories, then be very strict with what I eat? I've got to start somewhere, because I have been constantly eating over my RDI and my body is not loving me for it!
