Uggggggggggggh,I hate the scale this week, but I know I am eating waaaaaaaaaaaay over my calories and I will continue to do so until Saturday. Then it's back to strict dieting!!
47.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
