Ugh, what is wrong with me? I need to stop going over my RDI!! When a craving strikes I need to find something else to do besides stuff my face with treats...

Maybe every time I have a craving I'll take my dog out in the backyard and play with her for a bit? I'm sure she'll love it and be quite confused, because I'll be taking her out every 5 minutes. :)

If I have really bad craving I do the same...I take my dog out to play, or go for a walk if I can get out of the house.
