People wear weight differently and I'm happy with how I look... except for my stomach. If my stomach didn't protrude past my pants when I bent over I'd be ecstatic. :)

Does it seem like it's always a little round or bloated?

It doesn't feel like it is bloated, but my lower abs look like there is a little pouch of fat that just does not want to come off. It's so frustrating.

Different strokes and all that. Sadly it's impossible to target weight loss in a single area. It seems all mine is siting across my chest atm. I've managed to get my waist down to 44" from 60", but my chest is still about 54" and simply isn't shrinking as fast as elsewhere. Which means I am still having to buy 4xl tops when 2xl bottoms. Trying to explain, to my sister, that a 10" variation is not normal for a guy was amusing though! :)

Yes, peoples measurements and the way they carry weight vary a lot - im roughly sane size as the blue box (4-5lbs heavier) and my measurements are way different!
