guys for your info carbohydrate lena jism ki zarorat hai. bss ap kitna aur kab kab carb lete ho ye jana zarori hai ........ bss shortcut maghrib se pehle pehle carb khana band nashtey se le kar asar k waqat tak liya karo. wazan kam karne k time 100g weight maintain rakne main 200g per day liya karo

bahi mere muscle ko bana ne main aur muscles ki growth main Carb hi sub se important hai .... carb build your body and size carb is necessary human body .. what are you talking dude. ok if you want to lose your weight that is different topic....but always remember that losing and gaining is method of healthy body if u lose your weight but after that your muscle need life and only carb repairs your muscles.

hahahahah carb chor dey during your weight loss i agree...but after one month you need to use your carb also for healthy body..... kuch logo k deit plan apne body pe tezab penk ne se kam nahi

aur haan .... rahi bat daily carb ki tu weight maintain rakne k kiye tu main per day 300g carb leta hon....aur ek maah se 2 kg ziyda karne hai abi tak 0.8kg bara hon.
