As of today I am the lowest weight wise, but not waist wise? Interesting. I wish I was taking pictures along the way so I could look back and see if I was bloated (or maybe gained some muscles?! -doubt it). I have a feeling that eating at Cook-Out last night wasn't too great for my tummy, but it was mighty tasty! And I stayed close to my RDI, so the type of food shouldn't matter right? ^_^;; Yeah, I know better...

So long as it's a consistent measurement in the same place I don't think it matters. As for the cook out. If you enjoyed it and kept control then it's fine. :)

Find your natural waist. An easy way to do this is to stand in front of the mirror and bend at your side. The crease that forms indicates your natural waistline, directly above the belly button and below the ribcage. Your waist measurement could go up and down based on bloat/water weight. So if you see it go up one week and you have been on plan, you know it will be bloat. Your doing great!!!

Your hips keep getting smaller so that is great! Plus your chest isn't shrinking so it sounds like a win!
