Such good food last night! No way I could even kind of get a correct calorie count... It was heavy hors d'oeuvres and everything was served in tiny portions. I had a tiny portion of everything, except for the grapes... :) Overall I think I did well!
47.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
