I laid off journaling and following my exercise and calorie balance. When you do that, you fail. So, my weight is back up. Hopefully, I can get back on plan today. Hmmm, when one says "hopefully" it's a set-up for failure.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
