My Ramadan Diet plain 1500 Calories

120gram chicken breast after Cook Bon removed weight *

1/2Tsb olive oil
20gram chopped capsicum
1 slice bran 🍞 Bread

120Gram chicken breast bone and after cooking w8 =120 gram

Spic to taste)
1/2 Tsb olive oil
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup cucumber
30 grams chickpeas (w8 after boil)
1 Date
🍋 lemon water (6g fresh lemon juice 1/2tsb 🍯 honey 1Tsb chia seed


Total calories 511

1cup cabbage chopped
1cup capsicum chopped
60 gram chicken breast

Direction

Boil all 3 ingredients you can add spice of choice
*Don't add any type of sauce or vinegar*
Don't add corn flour and carrot at all.*

:":You can add only Green chili and green onion

Calories :158kcal

@mehwish not possible to estimate...different plate sizes for starters...kitchen scale required, also tricky part in salan is to calculate how much fat?? i use 1 tsp olive oil only! (and water ofcourse), that way i can actually guesstimate my fat /calories.

@ usman...chicken laanay kay baad mein 4/5 packets bana ta houn. (weigh karkay freeze karlein).jqb zaroorat hui, 1 pack (120gms) nikala air use kiya....if with bone, phir 25/30% ziyada weight lein).

I'm 22, and started my diet plan + workout from 1st Ramazan, fasting whole month. Sehri: 1 - less oiled paratha with sabzi / salan 1 - egg white 100gm - yogurt Iftaar: 1 - date 1 - apple 5 - 6 slices of watermelon 100gm - channa chaat ( onion, green chilli, mint topping ) Workout after 1.5 hour of Iftaar: 1.5 - KMs running 3.5 KMs walk FULL BODY no equipment workout ABDOMINAL no equipment workout consuming around 30 minutes in workout. need help from Gurus and seniors am I doing right to lose weight around 4Kgs in Ramazan ?

Dear Barkat, I would just say 'relax'. Ramadan in the summer itself is quite taxing on human body. I would say, just relax and control your diet.
