Oh the fluctuations! Probably be up again tomorrow. That's why I weigh myself daily because if I hit an "Up" day once weekly I think I haven't lost anything. Does anyone else have these?
70.0 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I put on 4# with pizza Sunday. dropped 2 today. it happens. I go with monthly averages for the trend.

Yes =) My weight fluctuates up to 5lbs a day depending on hydration status/etc, so I am much happier watching day-by-day trends than relying on once weekly. And then I compare my Friday weights across a month or so and look to see how that number is behaving in general. It doesn't work for everyone, but it sure works for me. =)

I go up and down, too. I weigh myself daily because it motivates me to eat healthier and eat small portions. As long as the trend in the right direction, I’m happy.

yes. Wednesday is my adjustment day for Thursday my weight in date is Sunday

Yes, right now I fluctuate about 1.5 pounds. That doesn’t bother me so much now, and yes I weigh daily to avoid surprises. All the best!
