I am trying to bec consious as to what I eat when I order out. My house is being renovated therefore with eating out EVERYDAY that makes it harder than normal
87.1 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
