Okay, a 283 calorie deficit should not equal a .8 lb weight gain!
What the heck is going on body? Did I have too much salt? Am I estimating my caloric intake incorrectly?
Grrr, this is so disheartening! I look down at my stomach and I wonder how my fiancé can still find me attractive when he knows how toned my body can look if I put enough effort into it!
