worked till midnight last night. couldnt sleep till 3am which is unusual. woke up at 7am by son needing my car cause he was out of gas! no planning ahead for this kid lol. so much like his dad lol....couldnt get back to sleep and was starving!!??? anyway it looked so nice outside i decided to get my walk in early and hopefully a nap! i just walked everywhere. i just moved out here last summer but never walked the area. so im planning on exploring my neighborhood and see what i can find. its all shops and homes and traffic but never boring. i moved out here because every restaurant and shop (almost) was in walking distance (almost). im gonna find out! better than walking thru knee high grass and thistle like yesterday. did a few weightlifting exercises yesterday but nothing serious. hopefully i will have time before work to plan some kind of workout for myself to get me started. Oh yeah, my bars changed color for first time! woohoo!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
