Sore from my workout! worked very hard last night at my job. so im tired and still in bed lol. today is a walk outside or yoga. doing well on my 1200 daily. still struggling with getting enough protein. i know what i need to add it just comes with fat and/or carbs too. i will eat something with a decent amount of protein but my wheel will show up with more fat! those percentage wheels drive me crazy. i was never that great at math lol. its a work in progress and im learning as i go.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We are all learning as we go..... Don't overdo it Stacy, if you are hurting from yesterday and have been busy, take it a little easy. I am not saying, don't do anything, just take it slowly - hard I know, once yo get the bug :-). But remember this is a lifestyle change, so should be something yo are going to keep up for the long haul. Have a fab day.
