The only "processed foods I've been eatting are the Kirkland Turkey breast lunchmeat, & the turkey burgers which are both very lean. It's just not always easy to have lean unprocessed meats in the house~

I am also challenging myself to 2 miles / 5 days/week/30 days. I started last night. It's way past time to firm up... as Summer is now almost over!

66.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
