Ok here is my situation. what the heck is goin on? im not complaining, i just dont understand. i am trying to lose weight SLOWLY. but then it drops 1 lb one day, and then another pound the next day after holding steady for awhile. im not upset just curious. this is normal as i have read and been told by my buddies. i guess it averages itself out after awhile. the bad thing is sometimes i have to make myself eat all my calories. somedays i want to eat everything i see and others i dont feel like eating anything. what is funny is before this journey i would just engage in mindless eating. whether i was hungry or not. im really excited about it all and just dont want to mess my body up any more than it is. i did get to walk today. and hopefully will get an exercise tape in later on as im off today. im working hard at adding protein and making sure all my carbs are whole grain. i even bought a box of cheerios for thde first time. I bought a box of Hodgson Mill Multigrain with milled flaxseed and soy! I hope i like it. i do like oatmeal. this has omega-3 oils, low fat, whole grain, high fiber and no salt! Like i said, i hope i like it lol. Anyway, i know weighing myself everyday is gonna give me these fluctuatuions (Skinny :) so i am ok with it. im just hoping its not a too fast drop. if i drop again tomorrow i guess i need to add another 100 calories. Im probably jumping the gun anyway and my weight will go back up. so no worries.

Honestly, just go with it.. your body will do what it wants, and if its 1 pound a day don't argue with it or it will start doing the 1 up and 1 down thing!

lol okay pixi! Your right, it will probably start doing the up and down thing just to get back at me for complaining!

LOL you will hit a point where it will be slower - its usually that one point where you were at that weight the longest and your body remembers it so for now I would be dancing on the rooftops at the losses you are getting.

My body has been doing the same thing over the past few days. Weighing in daily def doesnt help becuase its not an accurate number. I had lost a pound every day for the past 3 days then today I was up 3 pounds.

I would leave it for now, and see what happens, in a few weeks if things don't level off and slow down than go ahead and add them. Remember if you go up its probably a fluctuation and nothing to worry aboutl

ok that sounds good. i will stick with it. i have a hard enough time with my 1200 most days anyway
