wow had a day already! I have a cold which started yesterday in earnest. Sneezing, runny nose, cough, sore throat....the usual. Im taking dayquil and nyquil. went for my walk with Dan then we went to bob evans and i had my fit breakfast there, which i love. Scrambled eggs, cranberry multigrain pancakes with sugar free syrup and a fruit bowl. then we went an picked up the truck from our mechanics. Now im tired! I got some laundry done too for greg. So im finally able to journal. Im not too hungry and yesterday i was starving all day. go figure! Its weird how the body works. tomorrow, depending on how i feel, i may not walk because i have to work at 3! this morning i didnt even want to get out of bed but im glad i did. Maybe a short walk tomorrow! I thawed out some of my sisters white chile so i may have that. who knows.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
