Good Morning! It is beautiful here in Louisville. cool and sunny and supposed to warm up a bit. Went for a walk this morn and then packing. Heading out in about an hour for for my little trip to the lake. Wont be in touch till wednesday late. Plan is to stay on diet the whole time. I have it all planned out and am taking my staples. the only exception is the vodka and juice. I am not expecting to take to big a hit from it but i will be curious to what it will do! I am going to do some hiking while there so it will be awesome!
