I feel really good about loosing the 2lbs bec i am trying to reach a personal goal by the end of this month and i am on my way. I have wonderful friends who encourage me to walk everyday.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
