today i have being felling really tired, i had an apple for breakfast and a bottle of water and the for lunch i had a piece of chicken with lots of lemon and a cup of lettuce and 2 bottles of water one before lunch and one after. fell better and for diner a apple again. and another 3 bottles of water to go. I have lost about 13 pounds already. i started at 151 and im now down to 138.6 lbs. i dont really see any difference but i can definitelly fell it in my pants and shirts. LOVE IT AND I HAVE 28 MORE TO GO. i SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT IN 2 MORE MONTHS. I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED I AM ALSO LOOKING FOR BUDDIES IF ANY WANTS TO BE MY BUDDY
