There is no change in weight since yesterday. I have to Relook at my food intake. Yesterday breakfast was 3 idli. Peanut chutney, juice. Lunch 2 chapatis, paneer curry and mung sprout. One banana, energy bar , pumpkin seed one handful and in dinner tofu and lentils. I need to remove carbs completely from my diet. Follow Gandhi principle... only 5 type food in a day.

Agreed. but but I see there are carbs in diet. Better in place of banana one can have Tomato & Inplace of idli you can eat oats as oats are less starchy and tomato are less ccarbs.

You shouldn’t consider weighing yourself daily. Twice a week is fine.

I was reading the book “the economist diet” they recommend weighing daily, as it will provide a feedback on food intake and its effect.

But you will see lot of fluctuations in your weight, it may rise or fall just because your body may be holding different amount of water in different days.

may be that is the water that is holding .... so keep stick to this diet for minimum 1 week ... then if it doesnt work .. just change
