saturday night snack. Sauteed zucchini, moz cheese & an egg. Needed something tasted like pizza as my fiance had just ordered one.

I think the trick is the copper skillet... makes the cheese all crispy!!

You can also try WASA crisp bread with cheese in the toaster oven. But this looks yummy too.

yep, I sautéed the zucchini, then the cheese on top. Cracked an egg, and let it fill in the spaces. The copper non stick skillet helped keep it in one piece.
