Day starts with Black Cofee and 5 Almonds followed by Gym - A scoop of whey protein post workout followed by 3 Egg whites. around 11 am Cheese Omlette , Lunch is ruffage with 100- 150 gm of cottage cheese, 5 Pm - Bowl of Legumes with cucumber . 8Pm - 100- 150 gm chicken - curry / tikka / ghee roast . I end uo with around 1000 - 1100 cal and Nett Deficit is around 1700 cal a day.

Thanks rahul for sharing ur diet routine. I hav to search some alternative of chicken....as im an eggetarian....workout wise im already in progressive mode..but diet to b corrected... Really ur results awesome!! 👌👍☺️

Aaryaa, i use Oziva Pritein n Herbs for Women. Got on amazon.in. Its protein content similar to muscleblaze. 22g per scoop(30g of powder).

Shoba u could try zuchini and different forms of paneer and eggs..bhurji/ tikka / curry etc..

Guys i started with somewhat low carb....im finding my performance lacking at gym.... Today did only 3 rounds of crossfit style workout instead of regular 4..that too less cardio.. Infact i struggled to finish ciz of fatigue😐....
