Hey guys ..
I lost a lot if weight but its now difficult to loose the lower belly fat . Please suggest some good remedies 🏃🏼‍♀️.

yeah it's a common problem. even iam facing it. belly fat is stubborn and very difficult to get rid of. I believe consistently maintaining calorie deficit is the key. also intermittent fasting and introducing HIITs in workout can help.

Hi Nisha you can use few. Exercise to loss lower belly fat. Such as lay down on the floor and stand up above with the help of your elbow and toes without touching any other part of the body on the floor.

A combination of exercise and keto diet is the only way. You could try some aerobics targeting the belly area

no such thing as spot reduction depends on ur DNA just a healthy calorie deficit by workouts try intermittent fasting on a me to diet if ur ok with it...good luck

Hi Nisha the only way to loose that extra belly fat is to do a hiit sprint or swim and go on a calorie deficit

Thank you for many suggestions I ll surly try hitts . I am fasting once a week so it will not work but I think I need to change the pattern or excercise as my body got addicted to the same pattern.🤔

Hi nisha try carb cycling.... 3 low carbs with 50, 75 and 100 grams and one high carb 150 grams. Target legs workout on the high carb day with no cardio... Rest all day steady state cardio.... I worked for me. Lost 28 kgs and 10 inches of my waist line.... Lemme know if u need any thing

measure your body fat percentage. make sure you are losing body fat not muscle mass.

Being only on a calorie deficit would not reduce lower belly fat, you have to reduce your overall fat percentage to come out from this problem. Do cardio eat less burn more....

Hey you should try plank if you haven’t yet .. do abs every alternate day . And yea can try over keto diet .

Lower belly fat is going to be difficult. Have patience. Do some HIIT cardio and lower abs exercise with obliques.
