Busy day! Working this morning then straight to the airport to board a plane back to the UK for a week, my pre Chrimmbo catch up with all those family and friends back in Blighty before my mum and dad come to stay with me for a month over the festive period.

This is my danger time and I know it. My mum always has cupboards bursting all my favourite foods that I cant get in Tenerife and I always eat too much! Plus nearly every day I have a meal out planned with different friends, it is going to be a bit like Christmas day every day! I have already made a healthy lunch to take with me for the plane and am going to allow myself to let go a bit next week, just try to stick to the healthier foods even if I do overeat some days, I have saved some calories this week to preprepare! I will be still going out walking every morning whatever the weather may throw at me!

Besides, I am so exited! Love Edinburgh! Although I feel so blessed to live in Tenerife it isn't the same as Christmas back there. Good food, festive spirit, shopping, cinema, Christmas markets and the people I love, can't wait! 😀🎄🎁🎉🎍✈☃️
