My final famity feast after a week back in Scotland pre Christmas! I knew this week would be a blow out week as I end up having two Christmas weeks, one in Scotland with family and friends and then one back in Tenerife next week! Feel like I've done nothing but eat and drink but I have made good choices and it's all been healthy stuff, managed to stay within my limits each day. Have had a fabulous time back in Scotland but now it's back to the sun to prepare for the family coming to me!
