Last night our neighbor gave us tickets to the Rockets game. I knew that we would probably end up eating there. I pigged out (4 pieces) on sugar free candy before I left so I wouldn't want ice cream.
However I got the nachos, figuring I would just eat a few chips and eat the ground beef and sour cream and cheese with some peppers etc... it tasted so foul to me, I couldn't even make a dent in it before I had to pitch it. It was leaving a strange aftertaste in my mouth. I ended up with some popcorn, because I didn't want to spend another huge amount of money on some garbage food. I am wondering that since I am getting my body used to good fats, that the taste of the chemical fat was coming through on the nachos. Eitherway, I won't be making that mistake again!
