I did try keto for 10 days and lost 4-5 kgs weight but i regained it all w/in 2-3 days as soon as i started taking carbs ... you should always go for a diet which is sustainable in long term. For me keto is not A sustainable diet because i can’t be w/o carbs my whole life ... but it may vary from person to person. I would suggest you to make changes in your overall eating habits and always mantain a calorie deficit till you achieve your desired goals. Just try to take more of protein in your diet to feel full for longer..
