Yeah, one is enough. This has around 50 gm protein, 45 gm carbs and 20 gm fat. So pretty heavy.

Multigrain bread: 4 slices
Shredded chicken: 150 gm
Greek yogurt natural : 70 gm
Cheese slices : 2
Shred the chicken after it is boiled. You can use different spices for your taste. I add a bit of cinnamon, black pepper, chilli along with chicken masala after shredding. Mix the chicken with Greek yogurt. Place the mixture between the slices. Top it up with cheese slice and veggies of your choice. Place the other bread slice. And toast it with the help of a toaster.
