Did you have high blood pressure before? I managed to reduce it through weight loss. 🙂

I had a low pressure since my birth.

I see. Hope you are fine with the pressure. 🙏 I used to have 140/90 from when I was student. Last year, it increased to 150/100 during medical check, and doctor recommended to take medicine to lower it. Then I reduced weight on this app instead of taking medicine. Doctor was surprised. 😦🤣
