I know I haven't been updating regularly but I also dont think there is a point to. Today, a very significant thung happened. I did planks for a whole minute. I think I am really working on my core. It feels really good.

Also, I got my yoga mat. Its perfect.And soon, I will get my weighing machine and I can track my weight better.

Till then, eat healthy and keep fit.
