Not losing as quickly as I had hoped I would this week. Doing all the right things, though. Guess my 5-pound loss last week spoiled me. Still have two days til final weigh-in. Maybe I'll try to lower my Calories or Net Carbs to give me the extra push I need to get a good result. Twelve days so far back on the Keto wagon. Once I STARTED, it hasn't been so hard. The hard part was just taking that first step. Glad THAT's finally done! Hopefully, I'll stick with this "religiously" until I've lost a good amount of weight and then find a way to add in some fruits and more vegetables while not stirring the carb-monster inside of me. I've started playing ScrabbleGo on the app, and I've found that I'm getting better at it each day (as I learn those invaluable 2-letter words).
