Daily morning protein shake, lunch and dinner normal food. No oily foods and 5 days per week exercise (30 min)

Drink 3-4 l of water daily.. Sip by sip.. Dont gulp Avoid all oily fried items.. Daily 30 min walk/run exercise is must (min 4-5 days per week) Eat dinner before 8pm
