Dear friends, my diet plan was going on smoothly since the last 4-5 months and I was really happy with my results . But since a week or so, I have started mindless eating after the dinner which caused too much consumption of calories and I really can't stop my self from eating also. Pl help me out :(
41.9 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I understand your problem pal.. sometimes even I do this thing and late the guilt hits me like a brick on my face.. so as because I couldn't find out a way to stop my cravings after dinner so I came up with a solution to fix it.. basically what I do is whenever I do this mindless eating thing I do an intermittent fasting the very next day and it's balanced also I make sure that I burn some extra calories and the problem in my case gets fixed..

have a little of peanuts or other nuts. chew slowly and eat them.

plan a 6 times low calories meal ....have ur meal according to plan ..Nd ofc u will have to control

try drinking lots of water before the meal or brush your teeth as soon as you eat. I don't think there's anything wrong with eating, your body is just asking for more food or your mood is sad!
