any tips for controlling cravings for sweets ?

u can add 1 piece of dates to your diet every alternative days.. I repeat 1 piece only don't shove a handful of dates into your mouth because dates are quite tempting and it's hard to control especially when u have a sweet tooth (speaking from experience). Good luck 🧡

I agree, dates are excellent choice. You may wanna limit eating more than 1 as they’re high in carbs. Also best to look into and research the variety of dates to go for.. for example the mejdool dates are really large ones and probably very high in sugars. I’d go for the sukkari variety.. but to each their own. You’d want to try and test out which one suits you the best. Happy datings! 😁😀

1cup warm water with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice balance your blood sugar, then your craving decreasing. for sweet teeth try raisin, dried fig, date, homemade jelly with fruit juice, and pectin based sweets.

My recommendation is to eat fruits instead of sweets. After that, exercise is also recommended. The important thing is to reduce "non-nutritive, simple sugar" and select "nutrient-containing, complex sugar". ▽°|b✨

when u feel like eating sweets..eat fruits..if it's not available everytime..prepare lemon water and take a sip..don't add sugar or salt to it..just take a gulp..guaranteed no more sugar cravings..due to the sweet sour taste of lemon water

Add fiber to your die via fruits and vegetables, fiber has full filling effect you will be less hungry therefore less cravings for sweets.
