Grab some babycorns, mashrooms, broccoli,onion and whatever easily cookable Vegetables u can find chop them and just toss them in a pan with a few drops of olive oil very little salt and pepper. Turn off your burner and cover that pan with a lid.
Take some paneer or tofu just toss it over a pan add some salt if u want to.. n voila u are done squeeze a lemon if u want.😊
