You're going very well but can you suggest that if I consume1200-1300 calories per day and burn across 400-500 calories by walking and cardio exercise then is this enough for weight loss??

@Noopur Dabi Apart from cardio you should also try some other core building exercises for healthy weight loss and eat healthy according to your RDI

Actually I do core exercise as well as cardio exercise. According to my RDI I should consume 2000 calories but I consume only 1000-1100 calories only. Is there any other tip also from u which could help me?

@NoopurDabi Yeah I would be glad to! It's great that you're doing cardio as well as core building exercises but since your RDI is 2000 calories a day you should not decrease it by half. I would recommend decreasing 400-500 calories from your RDI. In your case you should at least eat 1500 calories a day. And I don't think that you should worry about calories as long as you're eating healthy and exercising regularly. Please don't go too harsh on yourself and reduce only 500 calories from your RDI

you are consuming too less calories...switch to 300-500 deficit
