Well, I don't as I opt for the food which are low on calories. Like fruits! You can eat as much as you want, and still be consuming less calories. I just eat proper food 'roti sabzi' in mornings! Rest of the day, I eat fruits, only sabzi, tea, soups! It's really fulfilling! ☺️

If you slow down your metabolism too rapidly then its problem for weigh loss.. as your system will not burn enough calories and you will loose water weight due to few days.. addition of some functional strength exercise and diet can do the magic for the weight loss journey… take care 🤙🏻

@diyanangal welcome 😇 add whey protein too if you are working out. Because building muscles is like creating live body mass. As fat is dead mass which burns calories at less efficiently as compared to muscle.. as you are girl you can focus on squatting (compund exercises) and HIIT.
