I just found out that according to my BMI I have to be 52.6 kilos but I'm 58.6 My journey may be a long one but atleast it will bring me happiness!

Sorry to burst your bubble but leanness and happiness are two different things. Being thinner doesn't equate to being happy.. and that's coming from a guy who's been 84 kg last November and now I am at a healthy 63 kg. Maybe you do need/want to lose the weight but please don't let your happiness be dependent on that.

@chandna63 I understand what you are trying to say but I can assure you I'm not doing this to get lean. I've always loved sports but when I gained weight over quarantine I found it difficult take part in anything and that's why I'm trying to lose weight. Being able to get into my sports team again would be my absolute dream. I really appreciate your concern though, thank you!
