@me987hak you going through weight lose plateau. This happens when your body gets used to your regular diet and exercise. Stop working out and your diet for atleast a week and then start your diet again and try to do different types of workouts other than you used to do. You will get results very first.

@preeti004 well many says that you should have dinner in between 7:30 pm. Maybe they are absolutely right but i have dinner at 10:30 to even 11:30 pm. It never caused any problem for me. But i recommend you to have dinner by 9-9:30 pm. and get proper sleep

@preeti004 if you are getting proper sleep then don't worry about anything else. And have breakfast or lunch or dinner when you can . In lunch and dinner you can have upto 500 calories , and breakfast 300 - 400 calories

@me987hak Actually i personally don't recommend intermittent fasting that much. Because it's true that you can loss weight very fast by that but the moment you stop following these type of fastings you start to gain weight faster. So i recomend to work hard even if takes some time. Although if you have any occasion coming or something urgent you can do intermittent fasting other than that try to avoid it.
