Still feeling good except for the back / hip / knee issues. Pain meds were reduced and the pain has increased to levels that it is harder to sleep at night. That has got to change since continuous pain wears on the mind and body. I am thankful that I am now below 190 and holding. I am not sure why the body has decided to lose weight now, but I'll take it. I am burning about 2400 calories per day per my Fitbit since the 1st of month and consuming about 2100 calories. Generally, when exercising I burn between 3300 and 4000 per day, and I do not eat much more than what I do now. I am thankful that the knee is not hurting as much as it was 3 weeks ago, but it is still significant. The real problem right now is that I fell 2 times on vacation and 2 times since coming home. The last fall was not bad initially and did not hurt. But, the next morning it was swollen and there was no lateral support to help stabilize the knee, and I could not walk. But, my wife and I will make it through all of this. She has been very supportive and helping me more than I deserve. She is more worn out than I am in all of this. Everyone keep focusing, keep meeting your goals, and striving for the long term solutions. God is good.
