I had one slice today, and I've worked in one slice for tomorrow, but I had to cut out a few things to make my daily average calories stay at this week's target of precisely 1,650. Have to have a slightly smaller portion of butter beans tonight, and no Pimiento Cheese Spread on crackers tomorrow. I really want to make my target since I missed it last week.
I think that for next week, I'm going to increase my target to 1,700. I may not lose any weight that week, but I won't feel "deprived" of anything at our Christmas get-together - IF it even happens. Snow forecast for Friday night, with freezing temps after that. Plus, with my MIL having Covid, there's a chance she won't be over it by then, or that some of the others of us will get it. I hope we CAN have it, though, so I can get through the holidays without prolonging any damage.
