Nhi bhai khao yolk bhe ap...but meh isliye nhi khata kyun ki mujhe acha nhi lagta ....dry kr deta hai mouth

I'd suggest you eat the yolk
the white part is pretty inflammatory and you'd gain more muscles if you eat the whole egg
