Tomorrow will be my 110th day of walking at least a mile and 42nd (I think) of walking at least 2.5 miles a day. Praying Covid won’t interfere with my ability to get my walking in! I drank about five cans of Diet Coke today, but I kept calories under 1,250! Also got in four full 16.9-oz bottles of water, though. So far, so good. Ran a low-grade fever earlier and took DayQuil for that, a slight cough and sore throat. Relying on my regular sleep meds for tonight. Got the Paxlovid from the doctor this evening (less than 12 hours after diagnosis), so we should be good. Pressing forward!
